Matt is an experienced project manager and operations leader having worked for the past 10+ years in the MSP and Support Team space. During this time, Matt has helped clients grow their IT and Cybersecurity posture while implementing sustainable practices to ensure a “proactive” approach to operations. Matt holds an active CISSP and PMP certification, among a longer list of IT focused certifications. In his spare time, he also enjoys listening to PM podcasts, and reading books on leadership, culture, and execution.
